The Physical Therapist is responsible for providing one-on-one patient care and education within the home setting. This includes assessing patient needs, developing personalized treatment plans, and implementing interventions to improve functional abilities.
Candidates must be graduates of an accredited physical therapy program with a current state license and CPR certification. Reliable transportation, a valid driver's license, and current automobile insurance are also required.

You will work directly with patients in their homes, assessing their needs, developing personalized treatment plans, and implementing therapeutic interventions to optimize their functional abilities.
Graduate of an accredited physical therapy educational program Current Physical Therapist / PT state license within the state of practice Current CPR certification Excellent organizational, time-management, written and verbal communication skills Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license and current automobile insurance
