The RN-Acute Care provides active treatment and assessment for patients in hospital or home settings, developing individualized care plans to meet patient needs. Responsibilities include coordinating care with interdisciplinary teams, documenting patient progress, and utilizing TeleHealth technology for virtual visits.
Candidates must be graduates of an approved nursing school with a current Florida RN license and BLS certification. A minimum of 1 year of experience is generally required, with 2 years of acute care experience specifically required for the Hospital Care at Home program.

The RN-Acute Care administers patient care in an area in a hospital or inpatient/observation setting where an acute care patientreceives active treatment for an injury, episode of illness, a medical condition, or post intervention with assessment.
