The Nurse Clinician II assesses, plans, implements, evaluates, and documents the daily care of assigned patients, executing physician's orders, administering medications, and delivering specialty-appropriate nursing care. Responsibilities also include providing patient/family teaching, coordinating care activities, and maintaining safety and continuity of care through established processes.
Candidates must be a Registered Nurse (RN) with a minimum of six months of clinical RN experience or successful completion of the probationary Nurse Clinician I period, holding a current Texas RN license or permit, and current BLS certification. The role requires functioning as an Advanced Beginner Clinician capable of independent practice within established standards.
Salary commensurate with experience. WORK SCHEDULE: Full-time, night shift.
