Behavioral Health Clinicians evaluate and treat a wide range of presentations in children and families, utilizing engaging, evidence-based individual, family, and parenting interventions to support positive skill development. Responsibilities include working within an interdisciplinary team structure and participating in ongoing professional development.
Candidates must be a Master-level Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor (LCMHC) licensed or eligible in North Carolina. While 2+ years of experience is preferred, strong pediatric candidates with less experience are encouraged to apply, and bilingual skills are a plus.

Behavioral Health Clinicians at Carolina Pediatric Therapy evaluate and treat a wide range of presentations, including but not limited to internalizing disorders, externalizing disorders, trauma, Autism, and ADHD. You’ll use engaging, evidence-based individual, family, and parenting interventions to support positive skill development—making therapy meaningful and impactful.
