The MRI Technologist performs magnetic resonance imaging procedures under the supervision of a radiologist to aid in diagnosing disease and injury. This role involves ensuring patient safety and comfort while maintaining accurate records and adhering to all safety protocols specific to the MRI environment.
Candidates must be graduates of an accredited Radiologic Technology or MRI program and hold ARRT (R) certification along with an MRT License from the Texas Medical Board. BLS certification is required within 14 days of hire, and 1-2 years of MRI experience is strongly preferred.
