The Chaplain provides spiritual and supportive care to patients, families, and employees within the Baptist St. Anthony’s Health System. The role focuses on delivering quality healthcare through Christian love, service, and dignity.
Candidates must hold ordination or endorsement, a Bachelor's degree, and have completed 2 units of Clinical Pastoral Education. A Master's degree and 3-5 years of spiritual care experience in healthcare or institutional settings are preferred.
