The role involves performing moderate to high complexity test procedures requiring independent judgment and responsibility within qualified specialties. This includes utilizing a wide variety of manual and automated laboratory instruments and apparatuses.
Candidates must possess one year of full-time experience or training in high complexity testing within a clinical laboratory setting, along with a relevant degree in Medical Technology, Chemistry, or Biology. The position demands significant manual dexterity, the ability to stand for long periods, and strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
employee may be eligible to receive shift differential of 10% for some or all hours worked on second shift and 15% for some or all hours worked on third shift. Additional details on shift differential will be provided if an offer is extended.
Perform test procedures of moderate/high complexity requiring the exercise of independent judgement and responsibility in those specialties in which they are qualified by education, training and experience.
