The role involves providing and coordinating the delivery of clinical resources to ensure safe, high-quality patient care and maintain continuity of care. Duties are performed in a non-acute, non-life-threatening environment where patient needs are short-term.
Required qualifications include an Associate's in Nursing (ADN) or Nursing Diploma, demonstrated effective communication skills, and the ability to show initiative, teamwork, and flexibility. Candidates must hold a current Registered Nurse license in Nebraska or a compact state and possess Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
