Candidates must have an MD or DO credential from the Indiana Medical Licensing Board prior to hire. Advanced Life Support certification is preferred.

Physician MD/DO credentialed from the Indiana Medical Licensing Board obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required. Advanced Life Support preferred. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
