The physician will join a dedicated primary care team to serve a growing community and patient base in Sycamore, Illinois, in an outpatient-only setting. This role involves providing quality medical care while adhering to minimal call requirements supported by a regional model.
Candidates must be a physician licensed to practice medicine in the current state and licensed by the DEA and State of Illinois to prescribe narcotics, if applicable. Board certification or eligibility in the appropriate specialty is required, along with eligibility for Medicare, Medicaid, and other federal health programs.

JOB SPECIFICS Opportunity for a Family Medicine, Med/Peds, or Internal Medicine physician to join our dedicated primary care team of physicians and advanced practice providers to serve a growing community and patient base in Sycamore, Illinois.
