The Certified Nursing Assistant is responsible for providing personal care and assisting clients in their homes with activities of daily living according to an established Service Plan. Key duties include hygiene assistance, mobility support, meal preparation, medication reminders, and remaining vigilant for client changes or emergencies.
Candidates must possess a High School Diploma or GED, potentially supplemented by related experience, and must complete Personal Care Training Program Certification and Competency. A valid Driver's License and adequate auto insurance are required if applicable, alongside the ability to read, write, and communicate effectively.
