The Nurse Practitioner will diagnose and treat acute, episodic, or chronic illnesses as part of a healthcare team within Senior Care Facilities. Responsibilities include analyzing patient histories, recommending interventions, maintaining records, prescribing medications, and educating patients.
Candidates must have a current and valid NP licensure in Ohio and access to insured, reliable transportation, along with a minimum of 6 months of prior NP work experience. Preferred qualifications include 2+ years of nursing home experience and pulmonary experience.

Under the direction of the Clinical Operations, the NP diagnoses and treats acute, episodic, or chronic illnesses, as part of a healthcare team within Senior Care Facilities.
This role will be responsible for servicing nursing homes in the areas of Beachwood, Cleveland Heights.
Minimum Requirements: Current and valid NP licensure OH Access to insured, reliable transportation 6 months of prior NP work experience Preferred Requirements: 2+ years Nursing Home Experience 2+ years of Pulmonary experience 2+ years of prior NP work experience Professional Skills: Compassionate Resilience Integrity and Humility Inspired Innovation Demonstrate good judgment and problem-solving. Effective planning, communication, and organizational skills
