Description Are you a detail-oriented person who enjoys maintaining a safe & clean environment? At Viva Memory Care at Dresher, located in the suburban Philadelphia —you’ll be a helping hand in the overall cleanliness of our community in the place our residents call home.
Clean – ensure the community is up to company and regulatory standards. Sanitize – following daily cleaning schedule for rooms and common areas to maintain cleanliness. Collaboration – connecting with fellow staff within community for support and engaging with residents. Safety – ensure proper infection control and safety protocols are met per your supervisor.

What you bring: Compassionate and patient demeanor with a genuine interest in working with seniors. Previous experience in a memory care or senior living setting preferred. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays. Must be able to push, pull, move, and/or lift a minimum of 25 pounds to a minimum height of 5 feet and be able to push, pull, move, and/or carry such weight a minimum distance of 50 feet. Must possess, at a minimum, a high school diploma or a GED.
