The physical therapist will accurately assess, differentially diagnose, and identify deficits in a patient’s ability to move and perform functional activities, developing individualized treatment plans focused on reducing pain and restoring function. Key duties include performing patient evaluations, establishing plans of care, conducting ongoing reassessments, and managing discharge planning.
Candidates must be a graduate of an accredited physical therapy program and possess current state Board of Physical Therapy licensure along with BLS certification. Preferred qualification includes one year of prior physical therapist experience.
Graduate of an accredited program of physical therapy. Current state Board of Physical Therapy licensure. BLS certification.
One year of physical therapist experience.

Certified Residential Medication Aide/Personal Support Specialist (CRMA/PSS)
Domestic and Sexual Violence Counselor
State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA)
