The Clinical Services Assistant is responsible for maintaining the health center's supplies and inventory, managing the immunization program, and facilitating the patient assistance program. Key duties include managing medical and office supplies, handling vaccine inventory and temperature logs, coordinating equipment maintenance, and assisting patients with accessing reduced-cost services.
A minimum requirement for this role is a High School Diploma or GED, with Medical Terminology knowledge required upon completion of the training period. Candidates must possess excellent interpersonal communication and problem-solving skills, the ability to promote positive outcomes in difficult interactions, and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications like Excel and Word.
