Candidates must be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma or GED and a valid driver's license with insurance. Prior direct care experience is preferred but not required.

We are currently hiring for our Residential Homes, offering flexibility based on your interests, experience, and schedule. What You’ll Do: Residential Role (Full-Time, Part-Time) As a Residential Direct Support Associate, you’ll help create a safe, supportive, and home-like environment for adults with developmental disabilities and varying medical needs. Responsibilities include: Supporting activities of daily living (ADLs), including personal care and medication administration Assisting with lifting, transferring, and mobility Light housekeeping, meal prep, and laundry Accompanying individuals to appointments, activities, and community events Following personalized care plans Completing daily documentation on a computer or tablet Participating in trainings such as conflict resolution and behavioral health safety About the home: This is a home in Manchester NH supporting 9 adult women. What We’re Looking For We welcome both experienced Human Services professionals and individuals eager to start a meaningful new career path. Ideal candidates may have experience as a: Direct Support Professional (DSP) Residential Counselor Caregiver Behavior Technician Support Counselor Qualifications: Due to the specific needs of the clients in this home, applicants must be female Minimum 18 years of age High School Diploma or GED Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and automobile insurance Prior direct care/direct support experience preferred, but not required Compensation: Residential: $22.62 hourly Grow with us!
