The Interventional Radiology Technologist completes work across all IR areas, focusing on sterile technique, product allocation, positioning, procedure preparation, and technical factors related to IR systems. This role involves performing specialized technical skills in vascular, nonvascular, and interventional procedures.
Candidates must have graduated from a Radiologic Technology program and must hold current ARRT and MRT certifications/licenses. The role requires performing specialized technical skills and functioning as an educator for less-tenured team members.
