The Internal Medicine Physician will deliver comprehensive, evidence-based primary and internal medicine care to adult patients, supporting readiness, access to care, quality improvement, and clinical training initiatives. Core duties include providing adult primary care, managing acute and chronic conditions, ordering diagnostics, approving referrals, and potentially managing a patient panel.
Candidates must hold an M.D. or D.O. degree from an accredited medical school and have successfully completed an ACGME or AOA-approved Internal Medicine residency. A minimum of one year of supervised clinical experience and at least 32 hours of patient treatment in Internal Medicine within the last 24 months are required, along with current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications.
