Medication Technicians provide compassionate, direct care to residents by assisting with prescribed medication administration and activities of daily living according to personalized plans. Responsibilities also include documentation, managing medication inventory, and fostering a supportive environment for resident comfort and safety.
Candidates must possess a High School Diploma or equivalent and hold a valid state medication administration license (such as CNA/CMA/CMT/QMAP) or meet state requirements, along with current First Aid and CPR certification. A minimum of 12 months of experience administering medications in a professional caregiving setting is required, with memory care experience preferred.

Our Medication Technicians (Med Tech/CMA) provide compassionate, direct care to our residents, assisting them with medication administration and activities of daily living, in accordance with their personalized medication and treatment plans. You will be part of a team that fosters a supportive and nurturing environment for our residents, ensuring their comfort, safety, and well-being.
CANDIDATE QUALIFICATIONS Education and Certifications: High School Diploma or equivalent. Must have a valid state medication administration license (such as CNA/CMA/CMT/QMAP/Certified Caregiver) or meet the state requirements for medication administration in assisted living. Current First Aid and CPR license or ability to obtain. Experience, Competencies, and Skills: At least 12 months of experience administering medications in a professional caregiving setting. Experience with memory care and/or formal training is preferred. Excellent attention to detail and high integrity. Strong communication skills and a teamwork mindset. Positive attitude, empathy, patience, and commitment to treating our residents with dignity and respect. Willingness to participate in weekend rotation.
