The primary duties involve welcoming participants, guiding them through health screening assessments, and performing various measurements like height, weight, and manual blood pressure. Responsibilities also include collecting blood samples via fingerstick or venipuncture, assessing results, and accurately documenting all screening data.
Candidates must possess a minimum of 2 years of clinical experience and hold a current CPR/BLS Certification, with a high school diploma or GED required. Previous biometric screening experience, completion of phlebotomy/medical assistant programs, and proficiency in venipuncture are preferred.

We are seeking skilled, professional Phlebotomists with corporate wellness or biometric screening experience to support our on-site employee health screening events. This role is engaged on an as-needed basis and is classified as a 1099 independent contractor position.
Events are generally conducted during early mornings and daytime hours on weekdays, offering a flexible schedule for supplemental work.
Purpose of the Position
To perform health risk screening assessments and provide clear, supportive counseling on screening results at employee health screening events.
