The Inpatient Therapist conducts individual and group therapy sessions to educate patients on psychological, emotional, or substance abuse issues, while actively participating in the treatment planning process. This role also involves providing family counseling and maintaining proactive communication with clients, families, support groups, and the interdisciplinary treatment team.
Applicants must possess a Master's degree in social work, counseling, or an equivalent field, along with a current clinical or social work license in Ohio. Prior experience treating psychiatric and chemical dependency patients is required, along with obtaining CPR and de-escalation certifications within 30 days of hire.
