Midwife II

• Overview Southwestern Vermont Medical Center, a member hospital of Dartmouth Health, is seeking a Certified Nurse Midwife to join a strong team of established OB-GYN Physicians and Nurse Midwives.
• Provide healthcare to individuals and families.
• Assess and manage the health care needs and issues of low risk and moderate risk obstetrical patients.
• Assess and manage gynecologic care.
• Function as part of the provider team to deliver the highest quality and safest patient care in a variety of settings, including but not limited to inpatient, ambulatory and Outreach sites.
• Provide 24/7 inpatient coverage as required.
• May assume primary responsibility for patient care.

Qualifications: Graduate of an accredited APRN academic program National specialty certification as a Certified Nurse Midwife

This position includes a comprehensive benefits package (medical, dental, vision, retirement, paid time off and CME support). A sign-on bonus and relocation stipend may also be available, subject to eligibility.
