The Wound Care Nurse LVN assesses, treats, and creates care plans for patients with complex wounds and related conditions. They also provide consultation and direct assistance in managing patients with altered skin integrity.
Candidates must be a licensed LVN in good standing and have 1-2 years of wound care experience. A Wound Care Certification is preferred, along with long-term care experience.

USD $30.00 - USD $33.00 /Hr. Wage Commensuration The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience, education and training, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
Provide consultation and direct assistance in the management of patients with altered skin integrity (pressure necrosis, wounds, fistulas, etc). Offer in-service programs as needed to assist nursing, rehabilitation and medical staff to maintain knowledge and competence in wound care. Collect, analyze and document information and statistics related to wounds in the facility, as well as perform clinical evaluations for potential wound admissions. Qualifications & Requirements Must be a licensed LVN in good standing with the state (as required) 1-2 years wound care experience required Wound Care Certification (WOCN) preferred 1+ years of long term care experience preferred Reliable transportation required
