The Certified Nurse Midwife will assess patient health by interviewing patients, performing medical examinations, and studying medical histories to identify care issues. Responsibilities also include determining abnormal conditions via diagnostic tests and developing/implementing patient management plans, including prescribing medications within the scope of practice.
Candidates must have graduated from an accredited midwife program and passed national certification. Licensure as a midwife in the State of Nebraska is also required for this role.
Regional West Physicians Clinic has over 28 specialty clinics to assist in the needs of the communities we call home. We are actively looking for a caring individual to join the team as a Certified Nurse Midwife in our Women's Center.
