The primary role involves taking radiologic films to provide quality images for physicians aiding in medical diagnosis, which includes preparing and positioning patients and accurately selecting exposure factors. Responsibilities also cover administering contrast media, observing patients, monitoring protocols, and ensuring prompt submission of high-quality images to PACS.
Candidates must obtain BLS Provider certification within one month and ARRT credentialing in Radiography within six months of hire. Education requirements include a High School diploma/equivalency with two years of cumulative experience, or an Associate's/Technical degree, or four years of applicable job-specific experience.

BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted. Radiologic Technologist specializing in Radiography credentialed from the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) obtained within 6 Months (180 days) of hire date or job transfer date required.
High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Technical degree OR 4 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
