Mental Health Workers assist individuals with personal care and daily living activities while providing a safe and therapeutic environment. They also observe behavioral changes and maintain records related to the individuals they support.
Candidates must be at least 18 years old, possess a valid driver's license, and have a high school diploma or equivalent. Additionally, 6 months of experience working with individuals with mental health diagnoses or developmental disabilities is required.
$3,500 bonus available for full-Time positions!*

Passavant Memorial Homes is currently seeking responsible, caring, and dedicated people to fill full-time Direct Support Professional positions in the Latrobe area at our Long-Term Structured Residence [https://www.pmhfos.org/our-family-of-services/passavant-memorial-homes/pmh-services/long-term-structured-residences/] (LTSR). PMH's LTSR Program provides a safe and therapeutic environment for individuals with mental health diagnoses where residents can learn the critical skills needed to increase their personal independence and social integration into the community.
Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) play a crucial role in fulfilling the mission of Passavant Memorial Homes by providing assistance with daily activities such as personal care, housekeeping, and assistance with activities of daily living.
