Therapeutic Staff Support provides direct, one-on-one care services to individuals with intellectual disabilities, autism, mental health, and behavioral health needs in home or community settings. Responsibilities include assisting with daily living activities, administering medication after certification, encouraging community engagement, and maintaining required records.
Candidates must be a minimum of 21 years old with a valid driver's license and official transcripts supplied. Required education is either a Bachelor's degree with two years of relevant experience, or an Associate's degree/60 credit hours with four years of relevant experience working with children with ID or mental health.

Passavant Memorial Homes is currently seeking responsible, caring, and dedicated people to fill full-time Therapeutic Staff Support (TSS) positions in the Natrona Heights area. Available full-time positions consist of Weekend Block Shifts (Saturday, Sunday, Monday). Block Shifts are a condensed work week and require staying overnight at the residence in an on-call capacity.
Therapeutic Staff Support positions play a crucial role in fulfilling the mission of Passavant Memorial Homes by providing quality support services one-on-one with children and adults in the home or community setting. This includes activities such as preparing meals, administering medication, and providing transportation to work or community activities.
