The Physical Therapist will evaluate and treat patients, primarily adults with orthopedic and chronic pain conditions, using an educationally based treatment model to teach transferable pain management skills. Responsibilities include creating individualized plans of care, delivering pain neuroscience education, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.
Candidates must possess a California Physical Therapy License and demonstrate strong orthopedic assessment skills along with knowledge of pain neuroscience for educating chronic pain patients. The role requires strong communication skills and the ability to function effectively both autonomously and as part of a team.

We are seeking a full-time Licensed Physical Rehabilitation Therapist (Physical Therapist, Occupational Therapist, or Chiropractor) to work as part of an interdisciplinary team to evaluate and treat patients in our Sacramento Clinic. Our team consists of physical therapist, trainer, Cognitive Behavioral Therapists, and MDs and APPs. We use an educationally based treatment model to teach patients transferable skills for managing chronic pain conditions and post concussive syndromes. The patient population is primarily adult orthopedic and chronic pain patients.
*This is an onsite role in Modesto.
Chiropractor - $100,000.00 to $120,000 Annually
Physical Therapist - $110,000 - $128,000 Annually
Occupational Therapist - $100,000.00 to $120,000 Annually
All compensation ranges are posted based on internal equity, job requirements, experience, and geographical locations.
