As a Tissue Recovery Technician, you will recover postmortem musculoskeletal and/or cardiovascular tissues using surgical techniques. You will be part of a team that facilitates the organ and tissue donation process.
Candidates should have knowledge of aseptic techniques and human anatomy. Experience as an EMT, Autopsy Technician, Surgical Technician, or in a funeral home is preferred.

As a Tissue Recovery Technician, you will be working on a team that will recover postmortem musculoskeletal and/or cardiovascular tissues by using surgical techniques in our donor service area (3 hour radius of Memphis, TN). You are the surgeon doing the recovery! We provide the training (takes approximately 3 months).
Full time. On call - (24 hr shift) 15-16 days per month which includes some weekends/holidays. Use of company vehicle to travel to hospitals.
Individuals with Aseptic Technique and Human Anatomy knowledge. Experience as an EMT, Autopsy Technician, Surgical Technician, funeral home experience.
$41k- $53k /yr depending on experience plus eligible for overtime pay.
