Responsibilities

• $10,000 Sign on Bonus Base Rate + shift differential up to $5 depending on shift.

• Three 12 hour shifts 7am - 7:30pm or 7pm - 7:30am Join Our Team!
• Acute and Residential units for children.
• Must be available one weekend a month, a summer and winter holiday.
• The Registered Nurse (i.e.
• Charge Nurse) prescribes, delegates, coordinates, and evaluates patient care through collaborative efforts with health team members and in accordance with the nursing process and the standards of care and practices.
• Oversee and directs Licensed Practical Nurses and Behavioral Counseling Technicians assigned to unit.

Qualifications

Education

Graduate from an accredited program of professional nursing required. Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing preferred.

Experience

A minimum of one (1) year experience as a registered nurse in a psychiatric health care facility preferred.

Licensure

• Currently licensed to practice by the Ohio State Board of Nursing. Must have a valid driver's license.
• Additional
• Requirements: CPR certification and successful completion of Crisis Intervention Training (CPI), including appropriate use of Seclusion and Restraint, immediately following employment and prior to performing patient care. Must pass a medication administration exam and complete a basic developmental and age specific training.
