CLIENT 1 — SELINSGROVE (AFTERNOON SUPPORT) Weekdays — Afternoon

Care Needs

• Assistance with ADLs
• Light housekeeping
• Meal preparation
• Walking support to help him regain strength
• Mobility assistance
• Client’s left arm is amputated, making daily tasks difficult
• Transportation for errands and appointments
• Driver required

This client benefits from caregivers who bring steadiness, patience, and supportive energy throughout the afternoon routine.

CLIENT 2 — SELINSGROVE (MORNING SUPPORT) Monday–Friday — 8
