As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), the role involves providing direct care to residents and supervising the activities performed by nursing assistants. Candidates must possess a valid, current nursing license in Illinois and current CPR certification. A minimum of one year of experience in long-term care is required, along with a Bachelor's degree or higher.
