The role involves providing psychosocial and emotional support to patients and families, as well as coordinating discharge plans and care. Clinicians will work closely with RN Case Managers and the care team to ensure safe and ethical discharge processes.
Candidates must have acute care hospital social work experience and hold an Alaska LMSW or LCSW license. A minimum of 2 years of experience is preferred, and all requested time off must be included at the time of submission.

This role supports inpatient case management and consult-based social work services across multiple patient populations.
