The Licensed Master Social Worker will provide consult-based social work services, including discharge planning, psychosocial assessments, and care coordination for adult, pediatric, and emergency patients. They will work within an interdisciplinary team to ensure safe transitions of care and provide crisis intervention as needed.
Candidates must hold an LMSW or LCSW license and possess a Master’s degree from a CSWE-accredited program. A minimum of 1–2 years of acute care hospital social work experience is required, along with the ability to work a 5x8 schedule including weekends.

This role supports inpatient case management services within a large acute care hospital, providing psychosocial support, discharge planning, and care coordination for diverse patient populations.
POSITION OVERVIEW This assignment is ideal for social workers with strong acute care experience who are comfortable working in a consult-based environment, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, and managing complex discharge planning needs.
COMPENSATION Because travel rates change frequently based on market demand and facility needs, our recruiters provide the most current and competitive pay packages during your initial conversation. Each compensation package is customized and may include taxable hourly wages along with tax-free stipends when applicable.
