The assistant will help lead engaging small group, large group, and one-on-one activities, focusing on creating dementia-specific programming that emphasizes sensory stimulation and emotional connection. Responsibilities also include developing monthly activity calendars, coordinating volunteers and special events, and ensuring programs meet regulatory standards.
Candidates must have at least two years of experience in a senior living or long-term care setting, including one year working directly with individuals experiencing dementia or cognitive impairment. Required certifications include Arizona Certified Caregiver, CPR/First Aid, AZ Fingerprint Clearance Card, and an Arizona Memory Care Certificate.

As our Life Enhancement Assistant, you will assist with all life enrichment programming for residents across all cognitive levels, including those living with Alzheimer's and other forms of dementia.
