$20 - $22 / HOUR
The caregiver provides compassionate personal care, wellness monitoring, and medication management to residents in an assisted living environment. They are responsible for assisting with activities of daily living, including mobility, hygiene, and nutritional support.
Candidates must hold a valid Arizona Caregiver Certification, Memory Care Certification, and a Fingerprint Clearance Card. Current CPR and First Aid certifications are also required, along with the ability to pass background and drug screenings.

Conduct routine wellness monitoring and proactively respond to resident needs. Health Support & Documentation Perform and record vital signs, blood glucose checks, and routine health assessments. Assist with toileting, incontinence care, mobility support, transfers, and use of assistive devices. Activities of Daily Living Support residents with bathing, dressing, grooming, and repositioning to ensure comfort and prevent complications. Provide dignified and compassionate end-of-life care when needed. Medication & Nutritional Care Assist with medication management in alignment with certification and regulatory guidelines. Support residents with eating and hydration, including specialized feeding needs when applicable.
Valid Arizona Caregiver Certification Valid Arizona Memory Care Certification Current Fingerprint Clearance Card Current CPR and First Aid Certifications Ability to pass background and drug screenings TB test (provided if needed) Strong communication and problem-solving skills A genuine passion for serving older adults Available Schedules Day Shift (7:00 AM – 7:30 PM) Night Shift (7:00 PM – 7:30 AM)
