The role involves assisting with interventional radiology procedures and providing diagnostic aid by conducting various organ and body scans on patients. Responsibilities include precise patient preparation, managing technical parameters, adhering to radiation safety guidelines, and performing specialized imaging like angio and complex vascular procedures.
Minimum requirements include a High School diploma or equivalent with two years of experience, or an Associate's/Technical degree, or four years of applicable job-specific experience, along with a BLS Provider certification within one month of hire. Candidates must also possess either a Cardiographic Tech credential or an ARRT Radiologic Technologist credential within six months.

High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Technical degree OR 4 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
Degree in Radiology or Completion of certification program in Radiography. Two years of IR Vascular/Neuro Rad Tech experience preferred.
