Primary Care Physician (IM/FM) LGBTQ+ Primary Care Clinic/Salt Lake Clinic - Intermountain Health Full Time Salt Lake City, UT About this role: You will work as part of Intermountain’s LGBTQ+ Primary Care Clinic to deliver high-quality, culturally competent, patient-centered care to our diverse patient population. This role entails providing general primary care for LGBTQ+ patients (18+), including management of HIV pre/post exposure prophylaxis, gender affirming hormone therapy, and care of patients living with HIV. Competitive starting bonus Competitive relocation assistance up $20,000 36 patient-facing hours; 4 admin hours; flexibility of 4, 10 hour shifts or 5, 8 hour shifts

Minimum Qualifications

MD or DO degree from a fully accredited medical or osteopathic school of medicine Accredited residency training in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine Board certification or eligible Experience level required or preferred Active, unobstructed state medical license, or the ability to obtain one BLS certification and DEA Ability to successfully complete Intermountain Health’s credentialing process Candidates requiring Visa sponsorship will be reviewed on an individual basis

Preferred Qualifications
