The Registered Nurse assesses, plans, implements, evaluates, and supervises individual patient care according to unit policies, while also directing co-workers in implementing care plans. Responsibilities include completing nursing assessments, developing and revising care plans including discharge plans, and overseeing assigned staff like LPNs, CNAs, and PSAs.
Candidates must possess a current Wyoming Registered Nurse (RN) License or an enhanced Nurse Licensure (eNLC) and require six months or more of nursing experience for specific units. Additional requirements and certifications must be met within specified timeframes after the start date.

Accepts responsibility for direction of co-workers in the implementation of care plans. May be required to work on other units according to distribution of staff and patients.
