The Physician is responsible for providing quality medical services, engaging in the diagnosis, prevention, or treatment of disease, and rendering medical treatment consistent with professional standards of care. Responsibilities also include completing accurate medical records, providing after-hours call coverage, and participating in activities that advance the organization's Vision and Mission.
Candidates must possess a Doctor of Medicine or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine degree and have successfully completed residency, being Board Certified or Board Eligible. Required credentials include medical staff privileges, a state medical license, a Controlled Substance License, and a Drug Enforcement Agency Number.
