The LVN Charge Nurse is responsible for ensuring quality care by observing, assessing, documenting, and reporting resident conditions, and overseeing the implementation of individual care plans as directed. This role also involves administering prescribed medications, conducting rounds, and managing incident reporting procedures.
Candidates must have successfully completed an LVN program from an accredited vocational school or college and maintain an active Licensed Vocational Nurse license in good standing in Texas. Prior experience working in a skilled nursing facility is preferred but not mandatory.
