The Patient Care Assistant serves as the first point of contact, managing patient greetings, check-ins/check-outs, and appointment coordination while performing medical assisting and lab tasks under supervision. Key duties also involve accurate documentation, delivering health education, and maintaining a clean, stocked clinical environment.
A High School Diploma or GED is required, and a Medical Assistant Certificate is preferred, with bilingual candidates strongly encouraged to apply. Candidates must be passionate about health equity and comfortable working with diverse populations in fast-paced settings.
