Candidates must possess a Medical Assistant degree, though LPNs are considered, and should have strong clinical skills, accuracy in documentation, and knowledge of basic medical procedures. Preferred qualifications include experience in a healthcare or clinical setting, along with excellent organizational and communication abilities.
