The Clinical Therapist/Intake Coordinator will provide individualized, family, and group therapy to youth in a structured residential setting while managing the referral and admission process for the PRTF Program. Responsibilities include collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, maintaining census goals, and ensuring timely, responsive intake coordination.
Candidates must possess a Master's degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field, along with a minimum of one year of relevant experience, including specialized training in child psychopathology and developmental psychology. The ability to obtain clinical licensure in Connecticut (LMFT, LMSW, LPC, etc.) is required.
