The Recovery Support Technician monitors client behaviors and interactions while providing structure and support. They facilitate individual and group skills training and perform crisis intervention as needed.
Applicants must have a high school diploma or equivalent and a valid Indiana driver's license. First Aid & CPR certification is required, and candidates must pass a background check.
This is an Entry level Behavioral Health position focusing on recovery and family reunification.
As a Recovery Support Technician (full-time, 2nd and 3rd shifts, entry-level), you are part of a team of dedicated people offering our clients crisis intervention and a comprehensive continuum of care that includes group and individual therapy, case management, real-time parenting coaching, and life skills development. As a Recovery Support Technician, your work will touch the mind, body, heart – and ultimately the spirit – of those we serve while integrating our deep compassion with highly effective programs and services.
