The Gastroenterologist will join an established outpatient department, providing care alongside nurse practitioners and medical doctors across seven specialties. The role involves a good mix of clinic work and procedures, with an emphasis on teaching and collaboration with fellows and Advanced Practice Professionals.
Candidates must be Board Certified or Board Eligible in Gastroenterology and Internal Medicine, holding an MD or DO degree, and must be licensed to practice medicine in Texas by the start date. ERCP skills are not required, and the ideal candidate should be comfortable with teaching responsibilities.
