The role involves performing routine, non-invasive technical support services under the supervision of licensed medical professionals, including setting up exam rooms and checking in patients. Essential functions also include obtaining vital signs, reporting findings to the physician, and performing audiometry and vision testing.
Candidates must possess a High School Education/GED and hold a Medical Assistant Certification from an accredited institution, along with a required Basic Life Support (BLS) Health Care Provider certification. Preferred qualifications include successful completion of audiometry and vision training or a CHDP certificate, and a Phlebotomy certificate.
