The Admissions Liaison is responsible for coordinating an efficient and compassionate admission process by overseeing referrals, validating information, and facilitating scheduling for both inpatients and outpatients. Key tasks include performing pre-certifications, assembling consent packets, maintaining patient listings, and contributing statistical data to hospital systems.
Candidates should possess one or more years of experience in hospital admissions procedures, which is preferred, and are required to hold a current clinician licensure. A strong understanding of multidisciplinary care levels and at least one year of clinical experience are considered advantageous.
One or more years in hospital admissions procedures, preferred. Licensure as a clinician required. Current CPR certification preferred. CRRN preferred.
