The Clinical Resource Nurse functions as a liaison between leadership and patient care staff, taking responsibility for the seamless facilitation of patient care across the continuum. This role also involves working with supervisors to ensure optimal patient staffing meets care needs.
Candidates must possess a Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing (BSN) and hold or obtain a Compact or State of Nebraska Registered Nurse Licensure. Required certifications include the American Heart Association’s BLS certification for Healthcare Providers upon hire.
