The Medical Assistant supports patient care management by executing both administrative and clinical procedures. This role ensures exceptional medical care tailored to meet the physical, mental, and emotional needs of each patient.
Candidates must possess a High School Diploma or Equivalent, along with specific required certifications such as Registered Medical Assistant (RMA) or Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) upon hire. Essential abilities include knowledge of anatomy, medical terminology, and proficiency in performing EKGs and obtaining accurate blood pressure readings.
The Medical Assistant assists with patient care management, executes administrative and clinical procedures. This position provides exceptional medical care that meets each patient's physical, mental, and emotional needs. This position provides administrative/clinical assistance to physicians/mid-level practitioners/nurses/patients while adhering to a prescribed treatment plan in accordance with established policies and procedures. To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
